In order to participate in on-line contests, you must be a member of the KILT Loyal Listeners Club. Membership in the club is free and you can sign up at any time by clicking here.

Every contest running on KILT.com is listed on our Contests page. The listing will include the contest’s rules, how and when to play, and the prizes. The listing will also explain the correct way to enter the contest. Please be sure to completely read all the details about each contest.

With some on-line contests, we only allow one entry per person. We also only allow one entry per e-mail address, meaning you cannot sign up more than one person using the same e-mail account.

In addition to our normal contest rules, there are some specific rules for on-line contests.
 

When entering contests on KILT.com, please be aware of the following additional rules:

1. To enter on-line, you must enter your complete first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, and a valid e-mail address in the on-line entry form or e-mail. One internet entry per person and one internet entry per e-mail address. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible by assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

2. KILT, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the KILT web site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

3. KILT is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty or other technological glitches.
